Job Title: Spa Attendant

The Edgewater Spa is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Spa Attendant to join our team. As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, maintaining a clean and organized spa environment, and ensuring that all spa services are delivered to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with requests for towels, robes, and additional supplies as needed.
  • Resupply service rooms with linens and towels.
  • Restock linen supply room, service areas, locker rooms.
  • Maintain general tidiness of Spa areas, including service rooms, pool area, locker rooms, fitness rooms, and lounges.
Requirements:
  • Previous guest service experience.
  • Experience within a luxury spa or hospitality role is a plus.
  • Previous Spa Booker software experience is a plus.
  • The physical ability to carry out all job duties efficiently.
  • A caring, hard-working, outgoing individual who is able to meet/exceed customer expectations.
  • A team-oriented attitude and a detail-focused mind.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the desire to work in a team environment.
  • A flexible schedule to accommodate our evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
Working Conditions:

This position operates in a full-service spa and professional office environment. The role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines, and standard spa equipment, such as care products, massage table linens, cleaning equipment, and supplies.

This position requires some evening/weekend work. This position is not eligible for remote work.

This position is located in a luxurious, lakeside environment, offering a full range of services, including massages, facials, group fitness classes, and personal training.
