Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Danaher Business Systems Leader to join our Mammotome team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for promoting and facilitating the successful implementation of the Danaher Business System (DBS) at Mammotome, driving business growth and improvement initiatives, and building critical DBS capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Mammotome leadership to achieve business objectives and drive strategic initiatives
  • Develop and manage growth initiatives to achieve Policy Deployment (PD) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets
  • Build DBS capability within the Innovation and Fundamental pillars to ensure long-term sustainment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Lead and facilitate the development and management of growth initiatives to achieve strategic and PD initiatives and annual targets
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in leadership and management, preferably in engineering, R&D, or project management
  • 5+ years of cross-functional experience and a proven track record of delivering results through influencing and managing cross-functional teams
  • Fundamental understanding of the healthcare marketplace, product innovation, and supply chain operations
  • Demonstrated success in a continuous improvement environment
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to manage large quantities of data
