As a Field Training Audiologist with Jacobs Management Group, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of audiology professionals. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the quality of hearing care provided to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-quality training sessions for audiology professionals, focusing on comprehensive product training and expert support on hearing aid fitting and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive product adoption and represent the company at national, state, and regional events.
  • Independently manage a full travel schedule to maximize training impact and develop cutting-edge training programs.

Requirements:

  • Hold an AuD, PhD, or Master's in Audiology with a current state license from any US state.
  • Proficient in conducting engaging presentations and training, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capable of extensive travel (75% of the time).
