Position Overview:
We are in search of a Marketing Outreach Coordinator to represent our organization and enhance brand visibility through direct, in-person engagement with healthcare professionals and staff. The ideal candidate will be highly driven, organized, and detail-oriented. This role is primarily off-site, with a preference for candidates located in the Greater Burlington, MA area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to implement strategies that enhance referral initiatives.
- Evaluate needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Conduct visits to partner organizations 2-3 days per week.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Prepare analytical reports to assess and refine marketing efforts.
- Promote all NHOMS | MassOMS events.
- Plan and execute promotional events.
- Research top referral sources for gift deliveries.
- Maintain and update the database of referral physicians.
- Document relevant information and communicate with physicians as necessary.
- Create and capture engaging content, including photos and videos for various social media platforms.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
- Strong sales and customer service capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable transportation for travel is essential.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Desire for continuous learning and growth.
- A minimum of a High School Diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
- Experience with online scheduling tools is essential for this role.
- A background in hospitality or customer service is required.
- Annual salary range of $50k-$70k, commensurate with experience.
