Position Overview:

We are in search of a Marketing Outreach Coordinator to represent our organization and enhance brand visibility through direct, in-person engagement with healthcare professionals and staff. The ideal candidate will be highly driven, organized, and detail-oriented. This role is primarily off-site, with a preference for candidates located in the Greater Burlington, MA area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to implement strategies that enhance referral initiatives.
  • Evaluate needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct visits to partner organizations 2-3 days per week.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Prepare analytical reports to assess and refine marketing efforts.
  • Promote all NHOMS | MassOMS events.
  • Plan and execute promotional events.
  • Research top referral sources for gift deliveries.
  • Maintain and update the database of referral physicians.
  • Document relevant information and communicate with physicians as necessary.
  • Create and capture engaging content, including photos and videos for various social media platforms.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
  • Strong sales and customer service capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Reliable transportation for travel is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Desire for continuous learning and growth.
Experience & Education:
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
  • Experience with online scheduling tools is essential for this role.
  • A background in hospitality or customer service is required.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Annual salary range of $50k-$70k, commensurate with experience.
