Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding member service through various channels including in-person, mail, and telephone interactions.
- Assist with Loan Processing duties and step in as a Teller when necessary.
Core Duties:
- Adhere strictly to Operational Procedures, Controls, and Service Levels.
- Deliver prompt, efficient, and precise member service.
- Utilize Safe Deposit Box software and hardware effectively.
- Address product or service issues by clarifying member concerns or complaints.
Sales and Referrals:
- Achieve established sales, service, and referral objectives.
- Promote, cross-sell, and refer Credit Union products and services.
- Conduct sales and member service outreach to current and potential members.
Loan Officer Competencies:
- Clarify general lending policies and practices.
- Interview loan applicants and facilitate loan disbursement upon approval.
- Ensure all loan documentation is completed prior to processing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of twelve months of experience in a financial institution is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Windows and standard office equipment.
