  • Assist with Loan Processing duties and step in as a Teller when necessary.

Core Duties:

  • Adhere strictly to Operational Procedures, Controls, and Service Levels.
  • Deliver prompt, efficient, and precise member service.
  • Utilize Safe Deposit Box software and hardware effectively.
  • Address product or service issues by clarifying member concerns or complaints.

Sales and Referrals:

  • Achieve established sales, service, and referral objectives.
  • Promote, cross-sell, and refer Credit Union products and services.
  • Conduct sales and member service outreach to current and potential members.

Loan Officer Competencies:

  • Clarify general lending policies and practices.
  • Interview loan applicants and facilitate loan disbursement upon approval.
  • Ensure all loan documentation is completed prior to processing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of twelve months of experience in a financial institution is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word/Windows and standard office equipment.
