About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at The Club at Lake Gibson, a 120-bed skilled nursing facility. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies to promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, providing education and support to promote patient understanding and empowerment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in our state, with a strong commitment to maintaining licensure and certification requirements.
  • Previous long-term care experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and promoting positive outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, with a strong commitment to our safety-first, family-always philosophy.
