Compensation: Competitive hourly wage ranging from $19 to $24, influenced by experience and veterinary qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding care to our animal patients
  • Conduct venipuncture and place IV catheters
  • Capture radiographs and perform diagnostic assessments
  • Administer intravenous fluid therapy
  • Assist in surgical procedures and provide post-operative support
  • Effectively communicate with pet owners and provide educational resources
  • Ensure safe and stress-free handling of animals
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a veterinary technician; certification is preferred
  • Ability to comply with attendance expectations
  • No allergies to animals that would interfere with job performance
  • Physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Strong visual and auditory skills for accurate documentation and communication
  • Fine motor skills necessary for clinical tasks and equipment operation
