The Clinical Nutrition Specialist will be tasked with creating, managing, and executing personalized dietary plans tailored to the unique needs of each resident.
  • Evaluates patients' dietary requirements and nutritional health. Formulates and implements care strategies while monitoring patient progress.
  • Works closely with the Food Service team to ensure that meal options are nutritionally balanced and meet the dietary needs of our residents.
  • Identifies educational opportunities to guide patients and their families on specialized diets, nutritional guidelines, and dietary adjustments based on medical conditions and personal preferences. Monitors the effectiveness of educational efforts and provides necessary follow-up.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR CLINICAL NUTRITION SPECIALIST:

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or related field.

• Registered Dietitian (RD) and Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN) credentials required within six months.

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

• Minimum of two years of experience in Dietetics and Nutrition.
