Position: Chief Pediatric Care Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Pediatric Care Specialist to spearhead the establishment of a top-tier primary care facility. This role offers the chance to work in a collaborative, vibrant environment alongside outstanding colleagues, engage in community health initiatives, and contribute to educational efforts.

  • Oversee a team of healthcare professionals in launching a comprehensive pediatric care practice
  • Operate within a state-of-the-art facility equipped with on-site laboratory and imaging capabilities
  • Establish a network of specialists to enhance pediatric services
  • Collaborate with emergency medicine professionals to address urgent care needs
  • Foster strong relationships with patient families
  • Commit to ongoing education and research to improve clinical practices
  • Utilize support resources, including care coordinators and advanced technology
  • Provide in-office lifestyle services for patients

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified in Pediatrics
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Florida
  • A minimum of six years of clinical experience
  • Empathetic and personable with excellent communication skills
  • Available for full-time engagement and on-call responsibilities
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training and collaboration
