Position Overview:

The Digital Solutions team at Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking talented individuals to transform client objectives into visually striking digital designs, marketing materials, and outreach content. In this role, you will manage visual communication projects, steer a cohesive design strategy across the team, and deliver high-quality products under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead graphic design initiatives and provide creative direction on various projects.
  • Facilitate discussions with clients to convey complex workforce messages and data insights effectively.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro, to produce high-quality designs.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish project requirements and offer strategic advice for optimal visual communication.
  • Present a diverse portfolio that showcases a wide range of graphic design skills and expertise.
  • Maintain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in data visualization, intelligence reporting, and infographic creation.
  • Familiarity with brand management principles and guidelines.
  • Background in working within Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) settings.
  • Understanding of human-centered design methodologies or design thinking principles.
  • Knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress or Joomla, as well as HTML and CSS.
  • Ability to work independently, with a keen eye for detail, and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present ideas to various audiences.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.

Salary at Booz Allen is influenced by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 annually. This range reflects the typical salary for this role and is part of Booz Allen's overall compensation package.

Work Environment:

Our culture prioritizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote. If this position is designated as remote or hybrid, you will occasionally work from a Booz Allen or client site. If it is onsite, you will engage with colleagues and clients in person as required.
