Visual Communication Specialist

Position Overview:

Are you driven by a passion for crafting impactful visual narratives that support high-stakes organizational objectives? The Digital Solutions division is seeking talented individuals to transform client requirements into visually compelling digital designs, marketing materials, and outreach assets. In this role, you will manage visual communication initiatives, contribute to a cohesive design strategy across the team, and ensure timely delivery of essential products.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in graphic design projects and creative leadership roles
  • Skilled in facilitating discussions with clients regarding intricate workforce communications, data visualizations, and analytical concepts
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro
  • Adept at collaborating with clients to define project objectives and offer guidance for optimal visual communication
  • Portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of graphic design skills
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in data visualization, finished intelligence, and infographic development
  • Familiarity with brand management protocols
  • Background in Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) settings
  • Understanding of human-centered design methodologies or design thinking principles
  • Knowledge of WordPress, Joomla, Content Management Systems, or HTML and CSS
  • Ability to work independently, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to diverse audiences

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.

Work Environment:
