Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at DHR Health. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers with patient exams, procedures, and treatments
- Take vital signs, record patient information, and maintain accurate medical records
- Prepare patients for exams, procedures, and treatments
- Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers
- Perform basic laboratory tests and procedures
- Assist with patient education and health promotion
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
