Work Schedule: Full-time, consisting of 40 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, with each day comprising 10 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from patients seeking psychiatric support.
  • Assist in scheduling and rescheduling appointments for clients.
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic demeanor while interacting with customers.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns from clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through various channels.
  • Address and resolve any complaints or issues raised by customers.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role is necessary.
