Key Responsibilities- Drive Membership Sales: Utilize health and wellness education to drive membership sales and increase average ticket price.
- Manage Customer Profiles: Answer phone calls, schedule customer appointments, and manage customer profiles and records.
- Manage Cash Drawer: Responsible for daily cash handling and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Resolve Customer Concerns: Manage customer expectations, resolve customer concerns, and retain memberships.
- Adhere to Scenthound Standards: Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Scenter Manager, adhering to Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices.
- Sales Experience: Confidence in selling services and products, with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Customer Service Experience: Ability to connect with customers (both canine and human) and provide outstanding customer service.
- Computer/Technology Proficiency: Ability to learn our products and services to educate the dog parents; speak to our values and culture as the basis for our services.
- Reliable Transportation: Willingness to work in a smoke-free environment and have reliable transportation.
