ResponsibilitiesTo qualify for the Staff Nurse position, candidates must possess a minimum of six months of experience as a Registered Nurse.
The Staff Nurse is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for the comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
All staff members are expected to adhere to applicable laws and organizational policies, reporting any potential violations and assisting in investigations as necessary.
Additionally, the Staff Nurse will collaborate with leadership to assess and mitigate risks in accordance with our compliance program.
Minimum Requirements:
One year of clinical nursing experience in an Intensive Care Unit or six months of experience along with a Bachelor’s Degree or relevant certification.
Current California Registered Nurse licensure is required.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers is mandatory.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required for experienced nurses and must be obtained within 90 days for new graduates.
Completion of annual competencies and unit-specific training is also necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
BSN is preferred.
