Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Assembler to join our team at Manitou Americas. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for safely performing assembly and repair operations for articulating loaders, track loaders, and tele-handlers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a clean work area.
  • Perform assembly and repair operations, including disassembling and reassembling components.
  • Use a variety of tools and equipment, including hand and power tools, testing and runoff equipment, and gauges.
  • Inspect and test finished products to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
