Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our team at Truck Hero. As a key member of our manufacturing process, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute assembly tasks according to work instructions, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Achieve set production goals, maintain a safe work environment, and leverage Lean manufacturing tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Operate required equipment safely and efficiently, completing all necessary paperwork and data entry.
  • May work at different workstations as production needs require, with a focus on quality and productivity.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
Competencies
  • Adaptability, communication, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and perform basic math.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This position is subject to medium work, with occasional exertion of up to 50 pounds of force and frequent use of reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, and hearing.

The worker is required to have visual acuity to perform mechanical or skilled trades' tasks and is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions, including heat, noise, vibration, and hazards from a production-based environment.
