Key Responsibilities- Achieve seasonal staffing goals by executing recruitment strategies and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Manage the CareerPlug account, updating job postings, reviewing applications, and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Attend career fairs and networking events to recruit new talent and represent Soccer Shots professionally.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to expand the pool of applicants.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer, including conducting interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- Lead the onboarding process, ensuring all required paperwork is completed and new coaches receive necessary training and orientation.
- Maintain accurate employee files and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Annual salary starting at $36,500 - $38,500 (paid weekly)
- 10 PTO Days (not available within the first 90 days)
- Monthly gas stipend of $150
- Paid holidays observed by the company
- Health insurance
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. A bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition are required.
