Job Title: HSA & TPA Relationship Manager

Job Summary

The HSA & TPA Relationship Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration and management of Workplace Solutions clients. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, providing exceptional customer service, and optimizing account performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with account managers to address client inquiries and concerns
  • Conduct client meetings to service client needs and identify opportunities for growth
  • Maintain strict protocols for following up with clients and proactively engaging with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Identify potential servicing issues and work with account managers to develop strategies for resolution
  • Conduct strategy and QBR client meetings to review account performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide or coordinate product training as required to ensure effective utilization of services
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal Wintrust team members
  • Follow through on meeting identified needs and escalate to management level as necessary
  • Identify opportunities for improving processes and workflows
  • Collaborate with the product team to implement enhancements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Identify growth and cross-sell opportunities within Wintrust
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with spending accounts, including HSA, FSA, and HRA
  • Ability to travel when needed
