Overview

Select Physical Therapy is a leading provider of physical therapy services, and we are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to take on a leadership role as Center Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Physical Therapist to advance their career and take on new challenges. As a Center Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of physical therapists and supporting the growth and development of the center.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with staff development and growth, providing coaching, guidance, and support to clinical and non-clinical employees.
  • Assist leadership in the growth of the center and market through program and business development, and participate in or lead the team's involvement at community events.
  • Support employee engagement and retention efforts by creating and fostering high levels of trust, promoting physical and psychological safety, and celebrating and recognizing team and individual achievements.
  • Assist with the management and resolution of employee relations issues to ensure consistent compliance with Human Resources and organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or graduated from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
  • Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of which he or she will practice.
  • CPR certification required.
What We Offer
  • Starting salary at $95,000.00 up to $120,000.00.
