We're looking for a Technical Support Representative to handle complex inbound support inquiries. If you have experience with webhooks, APIs, firewalls, networks, 500 errors, bug replication, and more, we'd love to interview you.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, patience, and optimism, good technical skills/instincts, and the ability to learn our tech/product independently and quickly. This self-starter must maintain a consistent work ethic, especially when unsupervised.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Be the first point of contact for customer questions and issues, working with internal teams to solve problems and manage them to resolution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer success
- Drive adoption and expansion of Kixie products by highlighting feature opportunities, educating customers on best practices, and creating relevant strategies
- Develop automated learning resources for new clients
- Conduct screen-shares, workshops, and training sessions to help customers achieve their business goals and advance their careers
- Maintain relationships with customers to understand and meet their needs
