About the Role: As a Front Desk Hybrid Team Member, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and maintaining a clean and welcoming studio environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of hospitality principles to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and staff.
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors, peers, and clients through various channels.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, including restocking and upkeep as needed.
  • Provide guidance on studio promotions, membership discounts, and special events.
  • Develop product knowledge for all studio retail operations.
  • Be flexible with your schedule, working weekends, holidays, morning or night shifts.

Salary Range: $17.28 - 17.28 USD per hour (Los Angeles)
