We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Design Lead to join our innovative Rewarded Ads team at Amazon. As a key member of this entrepreneurial team, you will be responsible for designing engaging new ad experiences for shoppers and creating simple and intuitive solutions for advertisers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging new ad experiences for shoppers that delight customers and deliver results for advertisers.
- Create simple and intuitive solutions for advertisers to create and manage their campaigns.
- Work closely with product, UX research, engineering, and designers on other teams.
- Pitch new ideas proactively and quickly iterate on design solutions.
- Be a champion for user-centered design by researching/testing your solutions in front of users.
- Present design work to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Mentor other designers and define/maintain design patterns and UX standards.
About the Team
The Rewarded Ads team is mostly located in Los Angeles (Santa Monica) and San Diego. We are an entrepreneurial team excited to be working on some of Amazon Ads' most exciting new offerings.
Requirements
- 8+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end user-centered design solutions.
- Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute strategic programs.
- Knowledge of usability principles, information architecture, and best practices for design.
- Ability to acquire user data, create personas/journey maps, and deliver design solutions for large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, or similar.

Amazon offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $127,100/year - $211,600/year, dependent on location.
