Job Summary:

As a Senior Sales Account Manager - Personal Care at CPS, you will be responsible for generating sustainable and profitable growth for our Microbial Protection Business within the Personal Care Business Unit. This role involves presenting, promoting, and selling our products to existing and new customers within a defined territory. You will also monitor and report on the progress of commercial projects, identify new business opportunities, and develop strong partnerships with customers and market influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate sustainable and profitable growth for Microbial Protection Business within the Personal Care Business Unit
Present, promote, and sell products to existing and new customers within a defined territory
Monitor and report on progress of commercial projects

Develop strong partnerships with customers and market influencers

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role with sales responsibilities
Expert knowledge of health and beauty trends, especially in the field of cosmetic preservatives
