Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Specialist to join our team as a Full-Time BCBA. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis and a passion for working with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and implementing positive behavior interventions. They will also work closely with students, staff, and parents to develop and implement individualized behavior plans.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Experience working with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities in a school setting
- Knowledge of behavior principles and strategies, and experience implementing behavior plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families
