The position also involves establishing documentation standards and quality assurance practices for various systems and applications.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly wage: $31.32-$48.94 based on qualifications and experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance to staff and committees on the design, implementation, and maintenance of application specifications and processes.
  • Collaborate with teams to compile requests for information/proposals (RFI/RFP), return on investment (ROI) assessments, and budgetary data.
  • Develop user documentation in accordance with departmental and industry standards.
  • Assist in creating comprehensive testing scenarios and analyze information systems across various levels.
  • Identify and resolve minor project and system errors to ensure timely and quality solutions.
  • Contribute to the design of user training programs and participate in the rollout and ongoing education of the user community.

All functions must be performed in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service to all customers of Foundation Health Services by embodying our core values and leadership behaviors.

Qualifications

A minimum of an associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a healthcare setting or a comparable combination of education and experience. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in standard business applications is necessary, along with strong communication skills to engage diverse audiences. Flexibility in work hours and on-call duties may be required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Additional education or experience in related fields is preferred. Clinical certification or licensure (e.g., RN, PT, OT) is advantageous. A bachelor's degree and project management experience are also preferred.
