A Day in the Life of a Batteries Plus Bulbs Retail Sales Representative

Expect a vibrant work atmosphere where you will engage with a diverse clientele - from everyday consumers to corporate clients requiring extensive lighting and mobile power solutions. As a key representative of the store, you will warmly greet customers (both in-person and over the phone), provide assistance, maintain a tidy and professional appearance (for yourself and the store), and follow all safety protocols related to batteries and bulbs. Be prepared for an active role that involves movement throughout the store - from processing sales at the cash register to organizing product displays and more.

Job Qualifications

- Eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies

- Ability to make informed decisions within company policies and guidelines

- Strong communication skills

- Enthusiasm for solving basic mathematical problems

- Analytical mindset

- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Familiarity with using common hand and power tools for battery installations

- Good hand-eye coordination (essential for disassembling and reassembling watches and small electronics)

- Independent thinker and collaborative team player

- Friendly and approachable demeanor

- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

We provide in-store training, uniform reimbursement, monthly sales incentives based on performance, and paid time off after the training period is completed. Schedules are communicated in advance.

Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts as assigned.
