Job Summary

Park Properties Management Co is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for marketing the apartment community, presenting features and benefits to prospective residents, and securing lease agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market the apartment community and present features and benefits to prospective residents
  • Qualify, determine needs and preferences, and professionally present community and specific apartments
  • Answer incoming phone calls and handle each call accordingly
  • Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends
  • Contribute ideas to the Community Manager for marketing property and improving resident satisfaction
  • Complete all lease applications, assist with application verification, and notify prospective residents of results
  • Ensure all rental practices comply with federal, state, and local laws
  • Provide excellent customer service for residents
Requirements
  • Experience with Yardi preferred
  • Ability to utilize personal transportation to inspect apartment community and surrounding neighborhoods
  • Weekend hours required on a rotating basis
