Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Escrow Assistant to join our team in Bellevue, WA. As an Escrow Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting our escrow officers with real estate transactions from inception to closing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist escrow officers with transaction coordination, communication, and documentation.
  • Communicate with parties, third-party vendors, and associations to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Manage escrow accounts, deposit funds, and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and review transaction documents, including statements, closing disclosure forms, and other related documents.
  • Verify funds, documents, and signatures before disbursement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to realtors, lenders, and parties involved in transactions.
  • Proactively address inquiries and issues, escalating to escrow officers as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Escrow Assistant in the title/escrow industry.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $19-$24 per hour, based on experience, education, and qualifications. Our benefits package includes generous paid parental leave, employee referral program, tuition reimbursement, matched 401(k), and more.
