Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to lead our Data Centers sales efforts. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Data Center customers.
- Own and exceed annual sales targets within assigned segments.
- Effectively communicate our product value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry-specific market landscapes and trends.
- Coordinate orders with the operation team to ensure a smooth transition for the customer.
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales and demonstrable success in leading and executing sales & business development with Data Center customers.
- Understanding of power electronics.
- Knowledge and understanding of the application approach, the ability to see what drives decision-making, and the understanding of key technologies relevant to Skeleton Technologies.
- Previous experiences with participating at fairs, and trade shows.
- Willingness to travel to meet customers and active networking.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Experience using a CRM to track customer information and structure sales efforts.
