Neurobehavioral Health Specialist

As a Neurobehavioral Health Specialist with GuideStar Eldercare, you will provide expert care to residents in long-term care facilities, utilizing a multi-disciplinary approach to deliver holistic, continuity of care for elderly individuals with neurocognitive disorders and other neurologic and/or psychiatric conditions.
Key qualifications include a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and current licensure as an LMHC in the state of employment.
