Job Overview

The Methodist Home of Kentucky, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to serve as the Clinical Director of our Residential Treatment Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of treatment services and maintaining uniform adherence to our treatment program, campus policies, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each child
  • Supervise and mentor staff to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field with a valid licensure status (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT)
  • At least 2 years of post-graduate experience in supervising treatment of children with emotional/behavioral problems
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in staff supervision and development
  • Ability to maintain a valid state driver's license and undergo an intensive background investigation
