Key Responsibilities:- Manage check requests and wire transfers for escrow and investor payments.
- Respond to client inquiries concerning interest payments and loan payoffs.
- Draft emails and other written communications for borrowers and relevant third parties.
- Handle post-loan transactions, including principal payment adjustments and reversals.
- Supervise the database for customer credit disputes.
- Establish and maintain collateral tracking for all loans.
- Disburse loan proceeds and related fees to the appropriate accounts.
- Ensure that all disbursements align with corresponding documentation.
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical institution.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service position within a financial organization or similar professional environment.
- Hybrid work model.
