Key Responsibilities
  • Establish measurable metrics and guidelines for the Commercial Loan Servicing team
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, annual reviews, and create tracking for conversations and discussions with employees
  • Develop and maintain reports on team and individual performance, including error tracking and opportunities for improvement
  • Work with employees to create Career Development Plans, focusing on their desires, skills, and weaknesses
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Commercial Loan Servicing Manager to optimize procedures and improve productivity
  • Coordinate training and updates on new processes and procedures
  • Participate in hiring and training of departmental staff
  • Conduct workforce and strategic planning for the department
Requirements
  • Four-year college degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least six years of experience in Commercial Loan Operations or with Commercial Loan documentation
  • At least three years of previous team lead or supervisory experience
  • Thorough knowledge of commercial loan operations, including SWAP, Participation/Syndication, and SBA loan processing
  • Strong understanding of commercial loan documentation and regulations
