Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Behavior Analyst / BCBA to join our team at CCRES, Educational & Behavioral Health Services. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our ABA-based clinics in a school setting, providing Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) to children aged 3-5.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, program design, monitoring, and supervision to ensure high-quality services.
  • Facilitate services to meet the individualized needs of clients through cross-collaborative efforts with multiple service entities.
  • Travel to home/community settings to conduct assessments and provide clinical leadership.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, provide direct supervision to staff, and monitor staff performance.
  • Review clinical notes to monitor client progress and troubleshoot ineffective behavior interventions.
  • Conduct service intakes to gain a clinical understanding of client needs and coordinate resources to enhance well-being.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Demonstrated work experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Experience working in a school or clinical setting with early intervention programs.
