CCRES, Educational & Behavioral Health Services is seeking a highly skilled Behavior Analyst / BCBA to join our interdisciplinary clinical team. As a Behavior Analyst / BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing quality behavioral health services to children and families in Chester County, PA.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children diagnosed with behavioral and mental health disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD).
- Provide behavioral consultation to families and schools, and train Behavior Health Technicians on therapeutic interventions.
- Write Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop adaptive skills to support children in taking a more positive role in their school, home, and community settings.
- Build and manage a caseload of clients, with cases typically authorized 2-3 hours per week based on medical necessity.
- BCBA with PA Behavior Specialist License
- Clearances current within 12 months, including PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance, PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance, and FBI Department of Human Service background clearance
- Professional Liability Insurance
