We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at PRO Pediatric Services. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional services to students in local intermediate units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Chester County school districts
  • Develop and implement behavior plans to support students with diverse needs
  • Collaborate with educators and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Conduct assessments and analyze data to inform behavior plans

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Active PA professional license and certification (i.e., PA LBS, BCBA)
  • Minimum one year experience working with children and/or youth
  • Previous school-based experience required
  • Current clearances (within 6 months)
