About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian/CSR to join our team at SBM Management Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including floor care, surface care, and waste removal
  • Conduct light maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and restocking supplies
  • Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures, and report any hazards or incidents to management
  • Take direction and respond to supervision, and use proper personal protective equipment
  • Present a professional appearance and conduct, and understand reporting systems and environmental protocols

Requirements:

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screening test
  • Less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • Ability to read 2-3 syllable words, recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers
  • Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
