Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
  • Conduct surface care tasks, such as dusting, sanitizing, and cleaning glass/mirror/window surfaces
  • Ensure waste removal and recycling procedures are followed
  • Perform light maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets
  • Comply with safety protocols and procedures, and report any hazards or incidents
  • Follow company policies and procedures, and take direction from supervisors
  • Use personal protective equipment as required
  • Present a professional appearance and conduct
  • Understand and follow reporting systems and environmental protocols
  • Transport small equipment and supplies, and perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening test
  • Less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations and understand American measures
  • Valid driver's license required if driving company vehicle
