Job Title: Custodian/CSR

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian/CSR to join our team at SBM Management Services. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including floor care, surface care, and waste removal
  • Conduct light maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and restocking supplies
  • Comply with safety rules and regulations, and report any hazards or incidents to management
  • Work effectively with other team members to achieve common goals
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 months of janitorial experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
