Front Desk Manager Job Description

As a key member of our Front Office team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Concierge, PBX, valet, and Front Office services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that all visitors receive a warm and welcoming experience prior to and throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a customer-centric approach in all interactions with employees and guests.
  • Motivate and develop a high-performing team of Front Office associates, providing coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed.
  • Prepare and manage employee schedules in accordance with business forecasts, payroll guidelines, and productivity requirements.
  • Address issues promptly and maintain the integrity of other departments by working collaboratively with colleagues.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of four years of experience in a hotel or related field, or a 4-year college degree and at least one year of related experience.
  • Proven supervisory experience and strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a valid US driver's license.
