Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employees through effective culture development, hiring, training, staffing, scheduling, discipline, and respect.
  • Lead shift management, ensuring checklists are executed, and maintaining high standards in food, beverage, service, ambiance, and guest interaction.
  • Oversee sales, expenses, cleanliness, repair, and maintenance, focusing on building sales and managing costs of goods sold (COGS).
  • Uphold company culture with honesty and integrity, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Develop a strong understanding of all host, server, support team, bar, security, and culinary positions.
  • Maintain all necessary certifications, including alcohol service, food safety, and city/state certifications for self and staff.
  • Assign areas of responsibility, objectives, and responsibilities to staff and non-staff members.
  • Address health code violations and ensure compliance.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of miscellaneous supplies.
