Job Description

At Syntricate Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Multifactor Authentication Expert to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for designing and deploying robust multifactor authentication solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement multifactor authentication solutions using various protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
  • Configure and manage authentication channels, including MFA tools like RSA and CIAM solutions like Okta, Ping, and ForgeRock.
  • Work closely with customers to capture detailed functional and non-functional requirements, and prepare comprehensive design documents.
  • Collaborate with the offshore team to develop, analyze, and implement factory development, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Assist the operations team in onboarding applications, ensuring full technical integration and smooth customer experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in deploying and configuring multifactor authentication solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of authentication and authorization concepts, including SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
