Position: Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to outline software solution processes and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ascertain the scope and timelines for software development.
  • Oversee and track requests for software enhancements.
  • Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders and IT personnel.
  • Document meeting notes and action items for follow-up.
  • Assist the Project Team with status updates and scheduling.

Required Professional Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a business analyst with a solid understanding of CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in Rational, JIRA, and the Microsoft Office suite, including Access.
  • Responsibilities may encompass data collection, stakeholder engagement, requirements documentation, and project performance oversight.
  • Develop innovative models for business decision-making and performance enhancement.

Educational Background:

  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of six (6) years of professional experience.

Security Clearance:

  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and successfully complete a background check.
