About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Anova. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within our National LPG and Refined Fuels business unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the propane and refined fuels industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
