Job Title: Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our WESROC product line sales efforts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and building strong relationships with our existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in outside sales, sales leadership, and account management
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and sales force automation tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
