Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Research Analyst to join our team. This part-time position will involve conducting insurance claims investigations, gathering information, and analyzing data to support our clients' needs.

This is a non-exempt, hourly job with a competitive salary range of $24-$28 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims, including taking recorded statements from claimants and witnesses
  • Analyze complex data and documentation to determine case objectives and client expectations
  • Submit daily updates on work performed and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare detailed investigation reports and testify at hearings as needed
Requirements
  • Self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
  • Computer literate and proficient in using software applications
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in claims investigations, preferably in life insurance and disability claims, workers' compensation, and product/auto/general liability claims
  • Experience with AOE/COE investigations and face-to-face statement-taking
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred
