Key Responsibilities
  • Audio Visual System Design and Implementation: Design and implement audio visual systems for conferences, meetings, and presentations.
  • System Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and maintain audio visual systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaboration and Business Application Support: Provide technical support for collaboration and business applications.
  • Incident Management: Utilize incident management tracking tools to manage maintenance activities.
  • Information Assurance: Maintain audio visual equipment in accordance with Information Assurance guidance.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance services to ensure system reliability.
  • Video Conferencing Event Planning: Plan and execute video conferencing events, including test plans, engineering assessments, and configuration drawings.
  • Configuration Management: Execute configuration management plans, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaboration Systems Maintenance: Maintain collaboration systems and associated peripheral equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma required, Associate or Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years experience in the Audio Visual industry.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of audio visual equipment, desktop and conference room video teleconferencing systems, and video projection/production equipment in a secure government or military environment.
  • Certifications: CEDIA Certification, CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D Certification, AMX ACE a plus.
