Job Summary:

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a highly skilled Certified Nurse Midwife to join a dynamic OBGYN practice in Beaumont, Texas. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with physicians and midwives to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive midwifery care to patients, including prenatal, postpartum, and well-woman care
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest midwifery practices, research, and evidence-based guidelines to provide best-in-class care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) in the State of Texas
  • Master's degree in Nurse Midwifery or related field
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
