Product Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer II to join our team at LanceSoft. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the development and enhancement of our globally launched Robotic Assisted Surgery platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with project management office, design engineers, and contract manufacturing sites to drive design change initiatives on capital equipment products used in Robotic Surgery.
- Lead technical projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product development opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Bio-Medical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant engineering experience, or an advanced degree.
- Strong technical skills, including project leadership, manufacturing experience, and contract manufacturer experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
